Joshua M. Madanat

Joshua M. Madanat, 25, of Coatesville passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Paoli Hospital.

Born in Chester County, he was the son of Musa Madanat and Fadia Madanat.

Joshua was a loving and kind son with a fighting spirit. He graduated from the Child & Career Development Center in June of 2018 where he had many friends.  Joshua also participated in the annual Special Olympics at CASH.  Joshua touched the lives of so many with his strength, positivity, and love for life and those that surrounded him.  We will always remember Joshua for his smile, pure heart, and his love for spaghetti, hot pockets and soda!

Surviving him are his parents, a stepmother Rasha, stepfather Ateff, and his brothers and sisters, Amanee, George, Jawad and Natalie.  He is also survived by his maternal uncles Fadi, Shadi and Michael; his maternal aunts Hayah, Adla and Feda; his maternal grandmother, Isaf; his paternal uncle George and his paternal aunts Dima, Daad, Lina, Lubna, Amal and Sema.  Joshua is also survived by many cousins that loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Michael and Anisah and his maternal grandfather Dahash.

Joshua will be missed by so many and will never be forgotten.

A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate the life of Joshua will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Monday, January 16, 2023 at St. Peter’s Church, 2835 Manor Road, West Brandywine, PA.  A visitation for relatives and friends will be held from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, Coatesville.
